OLE FASHION POTATO SOUP 
4 pounds of potatoes and 4 onions, peeled and washed and cut into small pieces. Put potatoes and onions into Dutch oven pan. Cook until tender. Add salt, needed to taste. Add 1 can of Pet milk into potatoes, onion and water. Add 1/2 stick of butter. Boil slowly. Mix 3 tablespoons flour until smooth with cold water. Add to the Dutch oven mixture. Stir until thick. Continue to boil. Add parsley. Stir into mixture. Season to your taste. Celery may also be used in soup along with small pieces of carrots.
