BROCCOLI - RICE CASSEROLE WITH
SOUR CREAM
 
1 lg. pkg. fresh broccoli
3 c. salted water
1 c. rice, cooked
1 lg. sour cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Clean and cook broccoli and chop finely. Boil the rice as directed. Combine rice, broccoli, Parmesan cheese and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste and place in a casserole dish. Heat just before serving.
