POPCORN SALAD 
6 c. popped corn
1/2 c. green onion, sliced
1 c. celery, diced
Buttermilk Ranch-type salad dressing to moisten (approx. 3/4 c. with bacon
& cheese added)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (reserve some)
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
3/4 c. bacon, chopped (reserve some for topping)
Combine all ingredients (except for bacon and cheese to be used in dressing
and topping). Chill in a large bowl. When ready to serve, toss with dressing
and sprinkle reserved bacon and cheese on top. Best used within 3 to 4
hours.
