CHICKEN FETTUCINI 
6 boneless chicken breast
2 boxes fettucini noodles
2 env. Alfredo sauce mix (Pasta Prima from Kroger)
1 pt. Half & Half
1/2 c. low fat milk
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 - 4 broccoli florets (for garnish, optional)
2 tbsp. almonds, sliced

Cook chicken breast until done. Cool and cut into bite-size pieces and set aside. Cook noodles as directed. While noodles cook, add Half & Half, milk and both envelopes of Alfredo sauce mix with butter and garlic salt in 3 quart sauce pan. Stir over low heat until consistency is smooth. Add 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens. (More Parmesan cheese may be added until desired thickness is achieved.) Set aside. Drain and rinse noodles and return to large pan. Toss with sauce and chicken. Garnish with broccoli and almonds.
