MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
flank steak
French dressing (8 oz. per 1 lb. steak)

Marinate steak in dressing for 6 hours or more, frequently piercing entire steak on both sides with a fork. Barbecue steak to desired doneness. If possible, warm remaining dressing. Slice steak against grain at sharp angle. Put back into dressing and cover all pieces with "sauce".
