BISCOCHITOS 
1 lb. lard
2 eggs
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. anise extract
1 c. sugar
6 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grape juice

Cream together lard, sugar, and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Use juice as needed. Roll out and cut using a 2 inch round cookie cutter or use cookie press. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll in cinnamon sugar while still hot.
