MATZAH BALLS 
1 c. matzah meal
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. hot water
3 eggs

Mix all in morning and refrigerate until ready to boil.

Stir hot water and salt into butter. Let cool a little. Add well beaten eggs. Mix well. Refrigerate.

Boil 2 quarts water. Shape matzah balls. Drop into boiling water. Cook approximately 20 minutes.
