BEEFY CHEESE BALL 
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar Armour sliced dried beef, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. prepared horseradish

Combine 1 c. dried beef, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and horseradish. Blend thoroughly. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Form into ball and roll in remaining beef. Chill.
