BEST EVER MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/3 c. Lea & Perrin's steak sauce
3 slices bread
1/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/3 c. mustard
1 c. ketchup

Soak bread in milk. Mix with ground chuck. Add in Lea & Perrin's and onion and 2/3 cup ketchup. Form into 1 large loaf or several small loaves. Bake at 350 degrees. Keep drippings poured off. Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes. Check for doneness.

Mix remaining ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Spread over meat loaf and bake for about 5 minutes more.
