DALE ANN'S CHICKEN AND GRAVY 
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
2 chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. Crisco (butter flavor)
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
Pinch pepper
2 c. water

Place chicken in microwave safe covered dish, pour 1/2 cup water, cook 10 minutes on High, turn chicken, cook 10 minutes or until done. Let cool 5 minutes. Cut into diagonal 1/4 inch pieces. In fry pan medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon Crisco and strained cooking juices. While heating, mix in shaker, 3 tablespoons flour, bouillon and water, shake well. Pour into fry pan, stir until thickened. Add chicken and pinch of pepper (or to taste). Stir until mixed and hot.

Serve over homemade drop biscuits split in half and-or mashed potatoes. With sliced, boiled and buttered carrots as vegetable. Cooking temperature is High-Medium and cooking time is approximately 30 minutes. Serves 4. (This is one of my husband's favorite meals).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
