MEXICAN CHOCOLATE TORTE 
2 c. heavy cream
2 c. Betty Crocker fudge frosting mix
1/2 c. cinnamon (optional)
33 graham crackers

Mix at low speed first 3 ingredients until mixture resembles chocolate milk, then at higher speed until thick. Place graham crackers on wax paper. Place frosting side down, each layer until you reach 11 layers. Carefully slip onto side. Frost top and sides then refrigerate for 6 hours. Garnish with chocolate shavings. Serves 8-10.
