STRAWBERRIES IN CREAM 
1 qt. strawberries
1/2 c. orange juice or 1/2 c. Cointreau liquor
2/3 c. brown sugar
1. pt. sour cream

Wash and remove stems from strawberries. You can leave the strawberries whole or sliced. Marinate in orange juice or Cointreau for 1 hour. Mix brown sugar with sour cream and blend with marinated strawberries. Serves 6 to 8.

This is an elegant looking dessert served in pretty stemware! Looks and tastes like you've slaved for hours.
