BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6-8 slices bread, crust cut off
6-7 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. Half and Half
1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 (2 lb.) pack sausage, cooked

Spray pan with pam. Place bread in bottom of casserole (9 x 13 inches). Butter top of bread. Sprinkle sausage evenly (after cooked) over bread. Sprinkle cheese. Beat Half and Half in with eggs and salt. Pour over rest of ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered. Fix night before, and refrigerate. Let set out 15 minutes before baking. After baking, let set 10-15 minutes.
