DEEP DISH BISCUIT PIZZA 
1 lb. chopped meat
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 oz. can mushrooms; optional
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tube Pillsbury Country biscuits
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown chopped meat with chopped onions. Drain fat from pan. Stir in tomato paste, mushrooms, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes. Press tube of biscuits into greased 9 inch pie pan to form crust. Spoon meat mixture onto crust. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over dish to cover.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
