WARM CHICKEN SALAD 
1 head of lettuce
1 carrot, shredded
1 bunch radishes, quartered
1/2 lb. chicken or more "roasted"
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced

Tear lettuce in pieces add rest of vegetables. Pull or cut chicken in chunks and add to vegetables and add dressing and serve.

DRESSING FOR CHICKEN SALAD "VINAIGRETTE MUSTARD DRESSING":

10 tbsp. olive oil
4 to 6 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
