HIGH PROTEIN SNACK BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
12 oz. carob (choco.) chips
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

In saucepan, melt butter, peanut butter and chips over low heat. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour carob mixture over dry ingredients and mix well. Pour in greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Chill in refrigerator.
