BARBECUE CHICKEN (Skillet Style) 
1 cut up fryer
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
3/4 c. flour
2 or 3 med. potatoes cut up (optional)
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 c. BBQ sauce
1 chopped bell pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown chicken in butter in skillet. Remove from skillet. Mix together all other ingredients, except potatoes. Dip pieces of chicken in the batter and return to skillet. Pour remaining batter over chicken. Add potatoes, if desired. Cover and simmer until done.
