CRANBERRY MINCE PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Flour
Sugar
Baking soda
Salt
Vegetable oil
Milk
Nuts, chopped
1 (14 oz.) jar cranberry-orange relish
1 (28 oz.) jars ready to use mince meat

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In small bow, mix 1 cup unsifted flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir in 3 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons milk, 1/4 cup nuts, chopped. Mix until crumbly, set aside. Spread relish on bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle about 1/2 of crumb mixture. Spread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Continue baking 25 minutes more. Enjoy!
