CRANBERRY PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1/2 c. flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. fresh cranberries
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. honey
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Dredge chops in flour mixture, brown in oil. Mix cranberries with remaining ingredients. Place chops in shallow baking dish in a single layer, top with cranberry mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Remove cover and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
