TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 can peas, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 sm. pkg. Ore-Ida frozen tater tots

Brown beef and drain off fat. Put in bottom of casserole. Saute onion and celery and put on top of meat. Pour can of drained peas over meat and onions and celery. Put can of cream of mushroom soup over peas. Cover top of soup with frozen tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 to 1 hour.

This is good served with tossed salad or molded salad and a dessert. This will fit 1 (8 inch) square Pyrex dish or small round casserole. NO SALT!
