SALMON LOAF 
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. flaked salmon or tuna
1 c. white sauce (see below)
1/2 c. condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs

Add lemon juice to salmon. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Bake in greased baking dish until brown and set, about 30 minutes.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt butter; add flour and blend. Add milk and cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add salt.
