UNCLE BOB'S ORANGE BEAN CURD | |
1 brick fresh bean curd, hard skin 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate, room temperature Cinnamon, to taste Sesame oil, to taste Sugar; optional Slice bean crud into 1/4 inch slices (domino size). Melt butter over low flame in frying pan. Pour in orange juice concentrate to coat pan. Fry bean curd in pan (allow room to flip slice). Add more concentrate as needed. Turn bean curd 3-4 times until golden brown or bright orange. Sprinkle pinch of cinnamon, sugar, and sesame oil before removing form pan. |
