TUR-GHETTI 
1 1/4 c. 2 inch spaghetti
2 c. bite size turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook spaghetti according to directions on package. Drain well.

Toss the first 5 ingredients together. Pour undiluted soup and broth over mixture. Add 1/2 amount of grated cheese; mix well. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
