HERB BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (18") loaf French or Italian bread
1/4 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Cut bread into 1 inch slices, but not quite through. Butter inbetween slices. Wrap in foil and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use. Return to room temperature, then heat at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Serves 8.
