JUNIOR'S SPICY STEAK SAUCE | |
2 cups A1 steak sauce 1/2 cup water dash garlic powder pinch of sugar 2 chopped onions plenty hot salt pinch of parsley flakes thyme sprigs Preparation: Add Steak Sauce, water and onions to frying pan and cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes. Make sure sauce completely covers onion, and stir to keep from burning. Keeping the heat on, add garlic powder, sugar and Hot Salt to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes, then let simmer until ready to serve. Serving: Serve hot on top of steak. Garnish with Parsley and Thyme. Goes well with Snow Peas and Potato.
