GNOCCHI 
3 c. flour
3 c. ricotta cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients well. Roll out into long snakes and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in rapidly boiling water until they float to the top. Let boil 10 minutes. Drain, but do not rinse. Serve with your favorite sauce.

To serve at a later date, place Gnocchi's in a single layer on cookie sheet and freeze until firm. Dump all into a baggy and keep in freezer for future use.
