CREOLE CHICKEN AND SHRIMP
W/LINGUINE
 
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lb. chicken breast, cubed 1/2"
1 1/2 lb. shrimp
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tomatoes, cubed
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. linguine, cooked & drained

In a large pan melt 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon oil and saute chicken, shrimp and all seasonings. Remove from pan and add 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon oil and saute remaining ingredients until limp. Add chicken and shrimp; blend. Serve over linguine.
