CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
8 green onions, chopped
Chicken chunks (about 1/4 lb. per person)
1 head cabbage, shredded
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Ramon noodles, broken (not cooked)

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 c. oil

Mix ingredients and keep refrigerated at least 3 to 4 hours before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
