BAVARIAN CHICKEN | |
4-6 boneless chicken breasts, skinned 1 pkg. Birds eye Bavarian style vegetables 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. chicken broth 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. oil Cut up chicken into medium pieces and add to oil and butter; saute until browned. Remove with slotted spoon. Add Bavarian green beans and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, combine dry ingredients and mix together with sour cream until smooth. Stir into green beans and reduce the heat. Add chicken pieces and cook through. |
