ANNE'S GREEN SHRIMP 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 lb. shelled raw shrimp
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Melt butter in a skillet. Add parsley, garlic and onion and cook until onion is limp. Add shrimp, Tabasco sauce, and lemon juice. Cover; continue cooking 3 to 5 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
