2 lbs. stew beef or venison steak, cut into 1" pieces 1 env. dry onion soup 1/2 c. red wine 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Stir together well. Cover and cook on low for 8-12 hours (High for 4-5 hours). Serve over egg noodles or rice. |
