12 oz. butterscotch morsels
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg

Melt butter and butterscotch morsels. Mix with graham cracker crumbs and nuts and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add remaining ingredients. Pour on crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Chill before serving.
