NO BAKE BUTTERSCOTCH BARS | |
2 eggs, beaten 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. nut meats 2 c. miniature marshmallows 6 oz. butterscotch chips 3 tbsp. peanut butter Boil eggs, sugar, and butter 2 minutes and cool. Use heavy pan and stir constantly, it burns easily. Add cracker crumbs, coconut, nuts, and marshmallows. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt chips and mix in peanut butter. Spread on top of mixture and chill. |
