PEA SALAD 
20 oz. frozen peas
1 pt. sour cream (use half of it)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 sliced crumbled bacon
1/2 med. onion, minced
1 c. diced celery
1 c. slivered almonds or cashews
1 c. sliced water chestnuts

DO NOT COOK PEAS!!

Depends on consistency wanted - use all of sour cream and add more mayonnaise if desired.

I make this the night before, then stir the next morning to see if consistency is right. Keeps well.
