PINEAPPLE DELIGHT 
1 sm. pkg. vanilla tapioca
2 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Whipped cream
Cherries

Mix tapioca with milk and beaten egg yolks. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Cool. Fold in the egg whites which have been stiffly beaten. Stir in pineapple. Garnish each serving with whipped cream and cherries.
