MEXICAN BEEF PIE 
1 lb. ground round
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 lg. tomatoes, cubed
1 pkg. frozen corn, whole
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. each cumin and chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. beef or chicken broth

Saute beef, onions and green pepper, drain and add remainder.

1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
3 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. butter

Cook cornmeal, water, butter until thickened and spread over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
