CHEESY MANICOTTI 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti shells
1 (32 oz.) jar extra thick spaghetti sauce
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
12 (2 inch) saltine crackers, crushed
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Cook manicotti shells according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Pour half of spaghetti sauce into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese and next 7 ingredients; mix well.

Stuff manicotti shells with cheese mixture, arrange in sauce. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over manicotti. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Mozzarella; bake an addition 5 minutes.
