OVERNIGHT BUNS 
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 eggs
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt or less
2 pkgs. dry yeast
3 c. water

Flour enough to make soft dough, but stiff, about 8 to 12 cups. Mix as you would any bread. Mix in order given.
