LITTLE'S SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. baked squash, mashed
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. white sauce
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Combine squash, seasonings and white sauce and stir well. Place alternate layers of squash and dots of butter in oiled casserole. Top with crumbs, dot with butter and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
