1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. chopped onion
1 lg. chopped green pepper
4-6 slices loaf bread
1 egg

SAUCE:

1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tsp. hot sauce "is not hot"

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (covered). Take out of oven and drain excess grease. Pour sauce over the loaf and place back in oven for another 30 minutes (uncovered).
