CHOCOLATE CHERRY CAKE 
1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
2 eggs, well beaten
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients. Mix by hand until well mixed. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

FROSTING FOR CHOCOLATE CHERRY CAKE:

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
5 tsp. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Boil all ingredients except chocolate chips for one minute. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Mix and pour onto cake while hot.
