MIRACLE CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. cocoa, less 1 tbsp.
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter, softened
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts, optional

Combine ingredients except nuts in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water and stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir frequently as it cools, until spreading consistency. Enough for large cake.
