CHOCOLATE - CHEESE CUPCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

CHOCOLATE BATTER:

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream together first 5 ingredients. Set aside. Mix together ingredients for chocolate batter. Fill cupcake tins 1/2 full with chocolate batter. Scoop in 1 tablespoon cheese batter into each cupcake. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 18.
