CHOCOLATE BOTTOM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
CHEESE MIXTURE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips

CAKE MIXTURE:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

CHEESE MIXTURE: Blend first 4 ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.

CAKE MIXTURE: Sift dry ingredient and then add liquids. Fill cupcake cups 1/3 full of batter. Drop heaping teaspoon of cheese mixture into each. Sprinkle tops with sugar and nuts. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
