CHIFFON NUT BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
2 c. coarsely ground nut meats

Beat eggs until thick, lemon colored, add sugar gradually, beating each addition until mixture is fluffy and sugar dissolved. Stir in salt, salad oil, and vanilla. Fold in flour and 3/4 of the nuts. Stir until blended. Pour batter into greased pan. Large square. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top.
