PINEAPPLE WALNUT BARS 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2/3 c. butter

Mix well and pat into an 8 x 10 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. nut meats
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. flour
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Combine and spread over the baked crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

Pineapple juice
Powdered sugar
butter, melted

When cool, frost with icing of pineapple juice, powdered sugar and melted butter.
