PINEAPPLE-WALNUT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained

Mix dry ingredients in bowl, then add pineapple and nuts. Bake in a 13x9 inch ungreased pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. ground nuts

Beat well and spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with nuts.
