PINEAPPLE WALNUT BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. shortening 4 c. all purpose flour 1 (16 oz.) can frozen orange juice (concentrate) 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple, undrained 1 c. chopped walnuts 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. salt Cream sugar and shortening; beat well. Combine flour, salt and add, add to creamed mixture. Add orange juice; beat well. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Pour in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 or 60 minutes. |
