PINEAPPLE WALNUT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 well beaten eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped nuts

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix first four ingredients. Add eggs, vanilla and pineapple (dieters, you can use packed in own juice pineapple) and walnuts. Put in a greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Frost and sprinkle with nuts.
