SIX WEEK MUFFINS 
3 1/2 c. Raisin Bran cereal
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil

Combine cereal, sugar, flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Set aside. Beat eggs, buttermilk and oil together. Beat well. Add to cereal mixture. Store covered in the refrigerator. Do not use the first day. Do not stir mixture. Anytime after the first day fill muffin cups half full. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Store unused batter in refrigerator for lid to 6 weeks.
